About Express Medical Transporters of St. Peters

Express Medical Transporters, was founded in 1995 by its President/CEO, Bernard A. Squitieri. With more than 25 years of experience in the transportation industry, Mr. Squitieri started the company with one vehicle. Today, Express Medical Transporters, is the largest for-profit non-emergency transportation company in the state of Missouri. As a result of his success, he began franchising in 2008 and now has franchises through-out the country.  Sue Perszyk, after 20+ years as a corporate executive, bought and has been operating the EMT franchise servicing St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren County, in Missouri, since May, 2008.  And will be expanding into the Columbia, MO area, in the Spring of 2010.

Sue, and her dedicated team of drivers and staff, specialize in safe, sensitive and secure transportation.  We offer a complete line of transportation services, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Our drivers provide door-to-door service in a professional, caring manner.  They are also trained in first aid and CPR and will assist non-emergency patients, who may be confined to wheelchairs or other mobility aids, to and from necessary medical appointments including dialysis, in getting home after a hospital stay, an emergency room visit, or a trip to a family event. We also transport over 60 students per day who can not be accommodated by a regular school bus route.  Most have special needs and for those students, who need even more specialized attention, we can provide attendants to ride alongside them.  We have a well-maintained fleet of minivans/sedans and wheel chair vehicles.  All our vehicles are equipped with push-to-talk Nextel phones with GPS capability so their location is always known.
