What is EMT’s service area?
EMT currently services St. Charles County, Warren County and Lincoln County.  We can transport anyone from these counties to anywhere (such as St. Louis) and return.  We will also be expanding into servicing the Columbia, MO area in 2010.

What are your hours of operation?
24 hours a day/365 days a year.  Our office is staffed Monday-Friday from 4am to 6:00 pm and on Saturday from 8am to 2pm.  We have an after hours phone number to call when there’s no one in the office. (After Hours 314-779-8005)

Does EMT provide medical attention?
No. We are strictly a non-emergency transportation company.  We do not provide medical treatment at anytime, nor do we provide ambulance service.  While our drivers are trained in CPR and First Aid, they are not medics, therefore, in case of a medical emergency, during transport, we will attend to the client and immediately call 911.

I have a handicapped family member; do you sell your out of service vans?
No, not to the public or other carriers.

Do you go up and down stairs?
Yes, however an additional fee will be assessed depending upon the amount of steps and/or if we will need to bring along an attendant who will help the driver transport the client up or down the steps.

Do you provide a wheelchair?
Yes.  We may be able to accommodate with less notice, but will guarantee, if provided at least a 24 hour notice.

How can I pay for EMT ’s Transportation?
Cash, Check or Credit Card, Insurance and Medicaid.  With a long-term service agreement, a weekly or monthly billing arrangement can be set up.

Can I book a trip online?
Yes. Simply click on Ride Request and fill out the form.
